We were thrilled to learn that Jack Durling ,who was a runner up in our Designing for the Future competition back in 2013, has been invited to exhibit his work at the upcoming DesignersBlock in Milan as part of Milan Design Week.

Jack will be showing his beautiful hand printed Accumulative Coat which uses dyes made with lichens and accumulative particulates from different areas of Brighton to map the differing range of air quality within the City. He will also be showing his more recent Responsive Tiled Bench which reacts to its environment by trapping carbon particulates released from combustion engines.
