Tom Serpell joined the Designing for the Future judging panel in 2013 and has been an enthusiastic supporter since. With a background in package design, he is a co-founder of Inclusive Eastbourne a business-led campaign to encourage businesses to be inclusive to all sectors of the population including older people.
